Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using trendedgifts.com. By browsing our site or placing an order through our shop, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site.

1. Who We Are
Trended Gifts is a UK-based gift recommendation blog and online gift shop, operated as a sole trader. Our website is located at trendedgifts.com.
We do two things:
- We publish gift guides, product recommendations, and inspiration articles to help you find the perfect gift for any occasion.
- We run an online shop where you can purchase gift products directly from us.

2. Affiliate Disclosure
Some of the articles and blog posts published on trendedgifts.com contain affiliate links. This means that if you click on a link and go on to make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Trended Gifts is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk and related Amazon sites.
We want to be completely transparent with you about this:
- Affiliate links will always be clearly identified within our content.
- Any commission we earn does not affect the price you pay for a product.
- Our recommendations are based on genuine research and editorial judgement. We only recommend products we believe are worth your consideration.
- The inclusion of an affiliate link does not mean we have a commercial relationship with the seller beyond the affiliate programme itself.
For the avoidance of doubt, when you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase on a third-party site such as Amazon, your contract of sale is with that third-party retailer, not with Trended Gifts. Their terms, returns policies, and privacy practices will apply to that transaction.
3. Our Shop — Terms of Sale
In addition to our blog content, we operate an online shop at trendedgifts.com. The following terms apply to any purchases you make through our shop.
Seller of record: When you place an order in our shop, you are purchasing from Trended Gifts. We are the seller of record for all shop transactions. Your contract of sale is with us, and your statutory consumer rights under UK law apply in full.
Fulfilment: We operate on a dropshipping model. This means that once you place an order, fulfilment and dispatch are handled by our supply partner on our behalf. We take full responsibility for ensuring your order is delivered correctly and that any issues are resolved in line with our returns and refunds policy.
Prices and payment:
- All prices in our shop are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Where VAT applies, this will be included in the price shown or clearly indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Order confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary depending on location and the availability of our supply partner. We will notify you as promptly as possible if there is likely to be a significant delay.
Returns and refunds: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to all purchases. In plain terms, this means:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- To initiate a return or raise a concern about your order, please contact us at budgetboss.co.uk@gmail.com.
Please note that some products may be exempt from the 14-day cancellation right if they are personalised or made to your specification. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before you complete your purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on trendedgifts.com — including but not limited to articles, gift guides, blog posts, photographs, graphics, logos, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the intellectual property of Trended Gifts, unless otherwise stated.
You are welcome to share links to our content, quote brief extracts for non-commercial purposes (with clear credit and a link back to the original), or save content for your own personal reference.
However, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our content in full without our prior written permission.
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions.
- Present our content as your own work.

Where our site includes links to or content from third parties (for example, product images sourced from retailers or affiliate programmes), the intellectual property rights in that content belong to the respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on trendedgifts.com is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is always completely accurate, complete, or current, and we accept no liability for any errors or omissions in our editorial content.
With regard to products purchased through our shop:
- We fulfil our legal obligations as seller of record, including providing remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods as described in Section 3 above.
- Beyond our obligations under applicable UK consumer law, we are not liable for any issues arising from the manufacture, design, or quality of a product that are outside our reasonable control.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it, to the extent permitted by law.
With regard to affiliate links and third-party websites:
- We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party websites, including Amazon, that you access via links on our site.
- If you experience any issues with a product purchased through an affiliate link on a third-party site, your recourse is with that retailer directly.
